Virtual Reality in testing

Having fun today during Virtual Reality (VR) class.

At least one time, we are having our class outside the lab.

Morning, Sunshine!

For the first time, we learn to play around with a DSLR and a tripod around the lab seriously. (I think so) Our task is to create a panorama that we can interact by moving the cursor within the panorama.

First, take a series of pictures from a single point, rotating around in a circle, plus shots aimed straight up and down and should be generous overlap between adjacent images. Then, merge them using Photoshop. On the other hand, edit them in Panorama software.

Dadada, the output will be in Flash format and etc. Happy to learn something new!

All desktops can run smoothly. It's a good news.

We start the workshop with heavy rain outside the lab. Quite cold inside! No one noticed that I slow down the air-cond wind speed and increase the temperature. Wuhu~

Puzzle Game app from the training toolkit, we are doing it together line by line so we can understand more about the coding. That's fun!

I try to help some of the participants on solving their problems of the Puzzle Game app while Keng Siang guides them. Finally, the Puzzle Game app is running! Hooray~

Helping those that can't install their software in their "lappy". Keng Siang is here with us for the workshop, casual wearing. We have a good start with the Windows Phone Rewards. Flask and jacket are inside. Wonder why. Then, Keng Siang introduces the WP7 Beginner task : Silverlight for Windows Phone in Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate for us. It is $Money Converter$ using C#.

Intermediate with the navigation and etc. Puzzle Game app is quite simple and easy for understanding. I change my icon and background image too. Yeah!
