There are 3 groups of judges for booth presentation starts from 9.00am. 15 minutes presentation as 10 mins presentation and 5 mins Q&A session. Remember to design and decorate your booth. Team will commence presentation once the first bell is rung and will stop the presentation when the second bell is rung which means 10 mins have been reached. Then judges will start with Q&A session. The bell will be rung twice to signal the max 15 mins for each team have been reached.
Feel hungry? Don't worry! There is a tea break at Ballroom 1 at 10.30am. Top 6 teams will be announced for Round 2 at 1.00pm. Please do not close the booth until 5.30pm where we have visitors from IPTA and schools.
For the closed-room presentation, 6 teams will be selected. 20 minutes presentation and 10 minutes Q&A session for it. Team will commence presentation once the first bell is rung and will stop the presentation when the second bell is rung which means 20 mins have been reached. Then judges will start with Q&A session. The bell will be rung twice to signal the max 30 mins for each team have been reached. The presentation will be video recorded. Wear nice and suitable attires!
